Justice means putting everything in its place and is a word that has an effective presence in all human affairs with a broad meaning. Justice is the highest human value and a precious gem on the way to realizing human rights. The main aspiration of humans is to achieve justice. Justice is a moral principle and virtue, and from a functional perspective, it is a right-seeking trait that moves towards fulfilling rights. Therefore, the implementation of justice is one of the important goals of every system; in such a way that it is not possible for the permanence and strength of a healthy, rights-based, justice-oriented society and the realization of the rights of individuals to be free from any oppression. Justice, as the law governing the world of creation, exists in all aspects of life. The structure of the system of existence is founded on the principle of justice, and in the fields of politics and society, establishing justice and implementing justice, as one of the oldest ideas, has always been on the agenda of sages and social reformers as a fundamental value. The approach of jurists towards justice is derived from religious and Islamic themes. The present article attempts to examine the nature of alimony in the family from the perspective of jurisprudence, using a descriptive-analytical method.
