The study examines the two religions of Islam and Zoroastrianism and analyzes their similarities and differences. The results show that both religions consider marriage to be desirable, but Islam, by providing more comprehensive legal and moral frameworks, pays more attention to its various dimensions. In Islam, marriage is a sacred and divine bond that pursues goals such as maintaining chastity, psychological peace, and strengthening social relationships, while in Zoroastrianism, marriage is more a means of perpetuating the generation and strengthening family ties. Important differences between the two religions include the conditions for the validity of the contract, the rights of men and women, dowry, divorce, and restrictions on marriage. Islam, by emphasizing equality and justice, provides greater protection for the rights of women and men, while in Zoroastrianism, marriages such as marriage with in-laws are legitimate, which contradicts Islamic principles. This research, using a library and descriptive-analytical method, uses reliable historical and religious sources and shows that Islamic laws, considering spiritual, physical and social dimensions, are more comprehensive and efficient than Zoroastrianism. Finally, the superiority of Islam in regulating marital relations and strengthening the foundation of the family is emphasized.
